The Black and Latino Alumni Association have been inspired by the way in which financial support contributed to their ability to complete their studies at the University. In the spirit of paying it forward, it became important to them to extend their hand to help others of similar backgrounds who may also be facing struggles and challenges that could impede their academic success. These committed alumni have generously contributed financial support to allow us to provide scholarship funding to students of need, with priority consideration given to students from an underrepresented group.
